MISSION
At PERA Services®, we empower Ohio's ETR teams to effectively evaluate bilingual learners for special education services. Our mission is to ensure equitable access to quality education for English Language (EL) students, fostering inclusivity and educational excellence for all. We support monolingual teams with their bilingual evaluations.

MEET OUR FOUNDER
Juliana was a public school psychologist before going independent. In her role working for one school district for 8 years, she realized there was a great need for bilingual school psychologists across the state. The void was grand and bilingual learners were either not receiving timely evaluations for special education or were added to waitlists with bilingual evaluators.
In 2018, she decided to form PERA Services Inc. in response to this need for bilingual and bicultural providers. She herself knew the how much her community would benefit from her work, and knew her monolingual colleagues would be able to better support their students by collaborating with PERA Services Inc.
In her current role as owner of PERA Services Inc., Juliana provides psychoeducational reports and assessments, as well as consulting support to districts in the state of Ohio that currently have unmet needs for their English Language Learners. She has consulted and contracted with more than 20 school districts across the state of Ohio assisting staff in the evaluation and assessment of bilingual and bicultural English language learners.
Juliana is a bilingual and bicultural school psychologist who is passionate about providing culturally and linguistically responsive services to English language learners and their families. She is a part-time business owner and part-time stay-at-home mom to two children. Her focus is to continue to raise them as bilingual individuals.
